The assistant automatically loads the right workflow, follows the prescribed steps, and delivers an actionable result.

How Workflows Work

Each workflow is a set of instructions baked into the server that the AI assistant follows automatically. When you send a message, the assistant matches your intent to the most relevant workflow — then executes it: building boolean searches, resolving company and skill entities, applying filters, evaluating candidates, and taking action in the right order.

You never need to name a workflow or know it exists. Just describe your goal.
